This position is for a large and progressive ObGyn Medical Group. We are looking for a dynamic and professonal supervisor that takes customer service to the next level.
This position will oversee the scheduling of medical appointments for several locations.
- At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience within a busy medical call center environment.
- Ability to inspire change, motivate staff, and produce results while maintaining a healthy work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Bachelor's degree
