We have an immediate opening for a bright and detailed Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Administrative support to sales managers and recruiters
- Gathering timecards and processing to Paychex
- Weekly billing via Quickbooks
- Data entry of new leads and resume
- Assisting with gather new hire paperwork and onboarding
- Checking references, licenses, and verification of employment
- Updating Social Media Platforms, updating website and posting employment opportunities
- Assisting with marketing via constant contact, blog and CRM
- Maintaing office cleaniness and ordering supplies
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience (Required)
Minimum of 1 year of Quickbooks experience (Required)
Minimum of Social Media Marketing (Preferred)
Minimum level of education: Associate (Preferred)
