We have an immediate opening for a bright and detailed Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative support to sales managers and recruiters
  • Gathering timecards and processing to Paychex
  • Weekly billing via Quickbooks
  • Data entry of new leads and resume
  • Assisting with gather new hire paperwork and onboarding
  • Checking references, licenses, and verification of employment
  • Updating Social Media Platforms, updating website and posting employment opportunities
  • Assisting with marketing via constant contact, blog and CRM
  • Maintaing office cleaniness and ordering supplies
Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience (Required)

Minimum of 1 year of Quickbooks experience (Required)

Minimum of Social Media Marketing (Preferred)

Minimum level of education: Associate (Preferred)
